This Wendy's recently reopened with new owner's, and it is a night and day difference. This was the best Wendy's I have ever eaten at, and it used to be one of the worst in Lansing. Everything was on point. The team was amazing; the atmosphere was state-of-the-art, and the food was ready between when I placed my order and when I filled my drink up at the Coca-Cola Freestyle machine. 11/10 experience. While every other fast-food restaurant is racing to the bottom, this Wendy's is a breath of fresh air and has restored my faith in fast-casual dining. ”

But they always have provided me with exactly what I need In a timely fashion. This last time there was a long drive thru line so I went in. I witnessed a manager turn a grumpy customer into a happy one because mistakes happen and they can make it right. The service I received was great and the same manager asked me directly about my order to assist. Hard workers at this location. Good food. ”
